Summer 2026 at La Sbianca officially kicks off on Saturday, June 27, with a special evening dedicated to the aromas and flavors of Trentino.

With the participation of Osteria La Lanterna, you can expect a fully green-themed event, featuring mountain cuisine, ’90s/2000s music with DJ Lorenz, and a very special guest: Capitan Betumiera.

A journey through the flavors of Northern Italy, designed to blend tradition with a light summer touch:

Sapori del Trentino – €15 Nettle canederlo with Alpine butter Wild herb frittatina with apple and trout salad

Panino Green – €12 Green bun with tomino cheese, speck, sauerkraut and horseradish sauce

Spezie e Mele – €6 Apple strudel with crème anglaise

French Fries – €5 Nettle and mustard dip – €1

Dress Code & Atmosphere

The evening will be accompanied by ’90s/2000s music and a simple but essential dress code: GREEN.
