Following the success of our opening event, Summer 2026 at La Sbianca continues on Saturday, July 18 with a new evening dedicated to the colours, flavours and atmosphere of Tuscany.

An evening celebrating authentic cuisine and live music, featuring the engaging sound of the Veleno Rock Band, ready to accompany dinner with a repertoire that creates the perfect atmosphere.

The Evening Menu

A culinary journey through some of the most authentic flavours of Tuscan tradition.

A Walk Through Tuscany – €13

A tasting of regional specialties including:

• Chicken liver pâté
• Finocchiona salami
• Fried tripe
• Pappa al Pomodoro (Tuscan tomato and bread soup)

Tuscany in a Bite – €15

The evening’s special burger featuring:

• Chianina beef burger
• Cheese
• Saffron foam
• Cinta Senese pancetta

Cantucci biscuits with Vin Santo cream.
