Summer 2026 at La Sbianca Continues on Saturday, July 25 with the Red Night Inspired by Emilia-Romagna

Following the success of the first events, Summer 2026 at La Sbianca continues on Saturday, July 25 with a new evening dedicated to the colours, flavours and atmosphere of Emilia-Romagna.

 

An evening celebrating authentic cuisine and music, featuring Lorenz Deejay with a selection of the greatest hits from the 70s, 80s and 90s, ready to create the perfect atmosphere for a summer night full of fun and great memories.

 

The Evening Menu

A culinary journey through some of the most authentic flavours of Emilia-Romagna tradition.

Emilia in One Bite – €13

A tasting of regional specialties including:

• Gnocco fritto (traditional fried dough)
• Mixed cured meats
• Pistachio mortadella
• Squacquerone cheese, rocket salad and tomato

The Emilia Classic – €12

The traditional Bolognese lasagna, prepared according to the classic recipe.

Romagna Dessert – €6

English trifle served with traditional Romagna ciambella cake.
