On Friday, July 31st, La Sbianca turns Blue with a Campania-inspired evening

After celebrating the flavours and colours of Emilia-Romagna, La Sbianca’s Summer 2026 continues with another event dedicated to the excellence of Italian culinary tradition.

On Friday, July 31st, the spotlight will be on Blue, the colour chosen for an evening inspired by Campania, a region famous for its authentic flavours, warm hospitality and Mediterranean atmosphere.

In collaboration with Osteria La Lanterna, guests will enjoy a culinary journey through some of Campania’s most iconic specialities, while Velen Acustico will perform a live Acoustic Rock concert, creating the perfect atmosphere for a summer evening by the lake.

A culinary experience inspired by the flavours and aromas of Mount Vesuvius.

Tomato and buffalo mozzarella bruschetta, marinated anchovies, fried mozzarella sandwich.
