Friday, August 14 – La Sbianca turns Lilac with the Osteria La Lantrna and Flavours of Lake Ceresio

After the colours and flavours of the previous evenings, summer 2026 at La Sbianca continues with a new event celebrating the local area, its cuisine and live music.

On Friday, August 14, Lilac will be the colour of the evening, accompanying a special celebration of the flavours of Lake Ceresio, its local ingredients and the culinary traditions of the surrounding area.

In collaboration with Osteria La Lanterna, who will be taking over the kitchen for the evening, guests will enjoy a gastronomic journey inspired by the products and landscapes of Lake Ceresio, reinterpreted in an original and convivial style.

The evening will be accompanied by live music from the Veleno Rock Band, performing in their full line-up, with a rock repertoire perfectly suited to a summer night of music and celebration.

A journey through the flavours of the lake, the mountains and the surrounding area, with the tastes of Lake Ceresio taking centre stage.

TRAMEZZINO CERESIO – €12

A sandwich inspired by the flavours of the lake, with:

• Smoked trout
• Onion
• Lettuce
• Mayonnaise

CASTELLO WILD – €15

A bold and flavourful sandwich with:

• Pine-needle bun
• Game pulled pork
• Sauerkraut
• Local cheese
• Beetroot mayonnaise

DOLCE VALLE – €6

A dessert inspired by the flavours of the surrounding valleys, featuring:

• Goat milk gelato or crème
• Mixed berry sauce
• Polenta crumble

This evening will have its own signature colour: LILAC.
