La Voce de La Sbianca: an evening of music, emotions and a voice that will stay with us

Eleven contestants, three rounds of songs, thirty-three performances, each song personally chosen by the person stepping onto the stage. And above all, an evening filled with music, emotions, friendship and the joy of sharing.

The first edition of La Voce de La Sbianca came to an end this way: with an enthusiastic audience, a jury called upon to choose between very different voices and personalities, and a final ranking that kept everyone in suspense until the very end.

The performances were judged by Alessio Lorenzi, musician and composer from Menaggio, Diego Bonvicini, musician from Porlezza, and Stefano Magno, musician and artistic director of Radio Stella FM. A highly qualified jury that evaluated the three rounds not only on vocal accuracy, but also on interpretation, stage presence and the ability to move and engage the audience.

And between one performance and the next, there was no shortage of live musical entertainment. Lorenzi and Bonvicini themselves treated the audience to several live interludes, turning the evening into a true journey through music.

Keeping all the different moments of the evening together were Gianca and Seba, once again perfectly up to the occasion. From the DJ console and musical direction to hosting the event, they accompanied the audience throughout the evening with their enthusiasm and natural ability to entertain.

Because an event like this is not only about the performances themselves: there are waiting times, stage changes, moments needed to prepare for the next performance and the time the jury needs to discuss. And it was precisely during these moments, which could easily have interrupted the flow of the evening, that Gianca and Seba kept the energy alive, engaging the audience, joking, building anticipation and making every moment feel like part of the show.

But there was one moment when all of La Sbianca fell silent.

We wanted to remember Mariangela Locatelli, a friend of the campsite and of our karaoke evenings, who sadly passed away unexpectedly just a few days before the event.

Mariangela had registered for La Voce de La Sbianca. She should have been there, on that stage, with the angelic voice that had moved us so many times. Her absence was deeply felt, but her memory was stronger than ever.

We dedicated a special moment to her, presenting a bouquet of flowers to her husband and her two children, in a symbolic embrace from everyone at La Sbianca.

And then, unexpectedly, came another deeply moving moment.

Davide Sanzogni, Mariangela’s long-time friend and singing partner, took the stage. He had originally registered together with her, but later decided not to take part in the competition. His performance was a simple and powerful way of bringing Mariangela back into the evening, through what she loved most: music.

And because music also knows how to surprise us and create unexpected moments, another special surprise came before the final verdict.

An Dutchman with a great love for Italy wanted to share his passion for our country with the audience. With a charming attempt at singing in Italian and plenty of enthusiasm, he chose a song that could not have been more fitting: “L’Italiano”, the famous hit made popular by Toto Cutugno.

A spontaneous, engaging and wonderfully unexpected performance that brought smiles and applause, adding another memorable moment to the evening.

The Verdict and the Podium of La Voce de La Sbianca 2026

The title of La Voce de La Sbianca 2026 stayed at home.

The winner was the young camper Andrea Scanabissi, just 14 years old, who impressed both the jury and, above all, the audience with his talent and confidence on stage.

The final verdict came after an exciting tie between Andrea and Renato Morelli, as determined by the technical jury. The decision was therefore left to the popular jury, who enthusiastically crowned Andrea the winner, giving the young champion a moment he will hardly ever forget.

Also on the podium was the spirited Antonia Fagioli, who took third place with a powerful performance and a remarkable voice that certainly did not go unnoticed.

But perhaps the most beautiful result of this first edition cannot be found in the rankings alone.

It is in the people who found the courage to step onto a stage, choose three songs that meant something to them and sing them in front of others. It is in the audience who took part, applauded and voted. It is in music shared among friends. It is in everyone who worked behind the scenes to make every moment possible. And it is also in the memory of someone who should have been there and who, in some way, was there anyway.

Thank you to all the contestants, the jury, Gianca and Seba, the audience and everyone who made this first edition of La Voce de La Sbianca possible.

And thank you to music, which once again reminded us how it can make us laugh, move us, bring us together and, above all, remember.
