Saturday, August 22 marked the end of the 2026 season at La Sbianca.

It was a summer full of events and emotions, filled with friendships, colours, flavours, music and, above all, lots and lots of fun.

Together, we enjoyed the delicious regional menus created by our friend Pamela Paredi, a young and talented chef and owner of Osteria La Lanterna, who, together with her team, accompanied us throughout the summer.

Together, we sang, danced, moshed and shouted until the very last song whenever we had the chance, alongside the fantastic and well-established duo Gianca and Seba. True musical chameleons, they took on the roles of an acoustic rock duo, the rock band I Veleno, DJs and vocalists, guiding us through the music all summer long.

On Saturday evening, August 22, the circle of this year’s colourful celebrations came to a close with our Black & White evening, dedicated to the flavours of Sicily.

A truly great success.
