La Sbianca officially launched its Summer 2026 season on Saturday, June 27, with a memorable evening filled with great food, music, and fun, organized in collaboration with Osteria La Lanterna.

Guests enjoyed the authentic flavors of Trentino through a special menu featuring local specialties, from nettle dumplings and the Green Sandwich to the classic apple strudel.

The soundtrack for the evening was provided by DJ Lorenz, who kept the atmosphere lively with the best hits from the ’90s and 2000s, while the special appearance of Captain Betumiera brought plenty of smiles and entertainment throughout the event.

Many guests embraced the green dress code, helping to create a vibrant atmosphere and officially welcoming the start of La Sbianca’s summer season.
